This week we start off with a bit of commentary on the Donald Sterling controversy.  We know it isn't a tech related story, but, we've been known to touch on a social issue or two on the SMRpodcast….
Apple reported quarterly earnings last week.  Analysts continue to be negative on Apple despite the company continuing to make money hand over fist and redefining how profit margin in hardware companies is looked out.
Is Google changing gears with Google+? Vic Gundotra is out and it appears that social network that no one really wanted is becoming a platform.  It looks like Google will stop forcing Google+ adoption across all its services regardless if you wanted a Google+ account or not.
iTunes has 800 million accounts, the Microsoft acquisition of Nokia is complete, and the Supreme Court will rule on police needing a warrant to search your cell phone.  We've got all this, our picks, and more in episode #207 of the SMRpodcast.
